It's a basic park. Nothing to fancy. You have a yard, basketball court, swing set, and a lame little jungle gym for the little ones. Tons of grass space to play. Playground is for toddlers but swings are decent size for all ages. No baby swings. Basketball hoops x2, one on each side of each other for half court games.
