Went to Kohls today to look for comfortable shoes and was disappointed...the whole shoe area was a mess, when I did find a pair that I wanted the box only had one pair in them and after that the same with a couple more i will buy online from now on
Horrible service. Had a pickup order thinking I’d be able to get quicker help because I had to be somewhere quickly. They said there’s nothing they could to complete the order faster even though I was standing next to the shoes I ordered. Ended up taking the shoes to the front; cancelling the online...
I love that I can return Amazon items here. Plus I get a 15% coupon. Lots of holiday gifts on sale so I grabbed a few stocking stuffers. Surprisingly the checkout line was short.
