Very busy place and very unorganized. They will tell you vehicles will be ready at a set time and they lie. If you don't have an appointment you will be lucky to get out within 5 hours. If I made an appointment why am I being told I have to wait one hour and 30 minutes before they can take my car into start on a tire rotation? That doesn't make much sense.
