A Chase branch on Benton Road in Winchester serves the north-valley corridor as a walk-in retail location with teller service, drive-thru availability, and ATM access — the standard national-bank setup that any account holder can use regardless of where they opened their account. As a major-chain branch, it handles checking, savings, loan applications, and the usual deposit and withdrawal traffic without membership restrictions. Winchester residents running errands on Benton Road can stop in for account questions, deposit checks, or handle routine transactions without crossing into Temecula or Murrieta. The trade-off is straightforward: Chase offers convenience through branch density and extended hours typical of large banks, but lacks the relationship-banking feel and member-only rates that smaller credit unions in the valley position themselves on. For someone with a Chase account already, this location eliminates the drive down-valley. For those comparing banking options, the choice between Chase's accessibility and a local credit union's membership benefits typically comes down to whether proximity or personalized service matters more to the household.
An ATM-only kiosk on Collier Avenue in Lake Elsinore, Navy Federal Credit Union serves active-duty and retired military members, veterans, and their families who already hold accounts elsewhere and need 24-hour cash access on the east side of town. This is not a full branch with tellers or loan officers — it's a standalone machine for account holders making withdrawals or deposits during off-hours or between errands on Collier. The format fits military-connected residents living or working near Collier Avenue who value the convenience of a dedicated ATM without the drive to a full Navy Federal branch or waiting for business hours. For non-members, or for anyone needing to open an account, deposit a check, or speak with a loan officer, this location doesn't serve that role. For a cardholder grabbing cash late at night or on a weekend when other options are closed, the 24-hour availability fills that practical slot on the Lake Elsinore side of the valley.

Bank of America on Benton Road in Winchester operates as a full retail branch with drive-thru ATM access — the in-and-out convenience that serves residents already moving through the Benton Road corridor for errands or commute. As a national bank, it offers anyone with a Bank of America account the standard branch services: teller counter for deposits and withdrawals, financial services desk for product questions, and the ATM availability that matters most to daily banking. The branch suits account holders managing routine transactions during business hours, depositing paychecks, accessing cash, or discussing account issues with staff — the kind of banking that doesn't require an appointment and happens between other errands. For Winchester residents with a Bank of America account who need quick access on Benton Road, this location saves a drive to a different part of town.
Fio was friendly and solved my problem. Thank you
Unfortunately this ATM usually doesn't accept most cash deposits requiring an additional trip inside the bank which is fine but I use the ATM for convenience, speed and ease. Going inside a bank becomes an ordeal not because of the bank tellers but because of the customers that require additional ti...
The drive-thru ATM shredded my checks. So I went inside to make the deposit. Instead of depositing my checks, they DEBITED my account over $700!!!! Now, Bank of America Corporate says it's going to take 3-5 business days to get that money back. WHAT?!?!?! WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Don't go to this location....
