The 3 stars is not for the staff. I haven't had enough experience with them to say anything good or bad but the times I have been inside the bank I've never had a problem. The atm machines are extremely slow 🐌. That's my only complaint.

They will deny helping you when they have less than 30 minutes left on their JOB. Oh sorry I will not my job only 30 minutes left for my shift. Why won’t your bankers work up until their shift ends. Terrible work ethic in The Canyon Lake Location.
