No one answers the phone when you call. I have a issue with my account, and I can't get a hold of anyone. Very frustrating, which is why I still have my main accounts with chase

I am a new customer. I received an email from FCB stating I would never receive a text from the bank asking for private bank info; beware, it's fraud. Lo and behold; someone tried to do exactly that. Thank you, FCB for the heads up!

We recently switched our business accounts to first citizens. They have been super helpful the whole time. Rosemary and Dave have patiently worked with our circumstances and are always available to help. Cool place
