Bad Customer service. Take walk-ins at your scheduled appointment time and then tell you to wait. Then make excuses about why both bankers are tied up. If you have a tight schedule, dont schedule your appointment with this branch they do not respect anyone's time.

The bank is cool , and it is a little slow at times. But overall, I give it a 5 if I didn't have to push my way into getting service on what I want done . Not what they think is best with my accounts. JUAN MORA, the branch manager, is super chill though I'll give them that.
