The employees are very nice. But the store is a bit everywhere. But that could have also been because we are getting close to Christmas and people don't really care about putting things back where they found them...

They still have great deals! Yesterday we went for shoes and found what we wanted quickly. Always love Ross. (Older review)They had way too many great deals. Ended up spending a long time in the store and didn't even realize it. Great selection and nice staff.
