They literally NEVER answer their phone and in order to get in to the shop you must call so they can open the gate and let you in yet nobody EVER answers! Not sure how we will pick up our orders, that we already paid for, if nobody answers the phone or lets us in.

This company has VERY POOR customer services! BOTH ladies that work there are very rude! No help at all. I've been there in person 2x and they rush you, don't want to help.
