Dr. Rolf R. Drinhaus operates a medical practice on Hancock Avenue in Murrieta, serving the broader Temecula Valley and surrounding communities. The practice handles general internal medicine and primary care — the kind of appointment-based office where established patients manage chronic conditions, receive preventive screenings, and get referrals to specialists when needed. This is not an urgent-care walk-in; it's a traditional primary-care model built around continuity with a single provider. The patient base skews toward adults managing ongoing health needs rather than acute episodic care, and toward those with insurance coverage and established provider relationships. For residents new to the area or changing providers, Drinhaus takes new patients through standard medical-office channels — insurance verification, chart transfer, first-appointment paperwork. For anyone in the valley without a primary-care anchor or needing a doctor who knows their history and medication list, an established internal-medicine practice like this fills that role more efficiently than urgent care or emergency department visits would.
Livingwater's Medical Clinic operates as a primary care practice in Murrieta, serving the general medical needs of adult and family patients across the city and surrounding valley communities. As an independent clinic rather than part of a larger hospital system or regional network, the practice handles routine checkups, acute care visits, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine in a smaller-group setting where continuity with the same provider is the operational model rather than the exception. The practice suits residents who prefer a stable doctor-patient relationship over the rotation common at larger urgent-care chains or hospital-affiliated clinics. Insurance acceptance varies by plan; calling ahead to confirm coverage before the first visit is standard practice with independent medical offices. For specialists (cardiology, orthopedics, dermatology) or hospital-level care, patients would be referred out; Livingwater's sits in the first-contact lane for the everyday medical questions and preventive care that keep most people out of the ER.

Dr. Thuan P. Le operates a medical practice on Baxter Road in Golden City, Murrieta, serving patients who need primary care and internal medicine services in a private-office setting rather than an urgent-care or hospital-based clinic. The practice handles the standard scope of adult medicine — preventive visits, chronic disease management, acute illness, referrals to specialists — for insured patients navigating the regional healthcare system. Patients choosing this practice tend to be adults with established primary-care needs, either new to the area or seeking continuity with a solo practitioner rather than a large group or health system bureaucracy. For parents seeking pediatric care, patients needing same-day walk-in urgent services, or those without insurance or seeking sliding-scale options, the referral would point elsewhere. For adults in Golden City or nearby Murrieta who prefer a direct relationship with their doctor and have standard commercial insurance, this office fills that private-practice primary-care slot.
Extremely upset with this office and their COMMUNICATION is trash. Do better.
Dr Le is excellent. The staff is terrible they make mistakes that affect my life. They dont answer the phone, they dont return calls and it's difficult to get answers or appointments. Terrible
I was diagnosed with something in which Dr. Le didn’t know much about. He made assumptions and truly could have ruined my life had I not found another doctor. Absolutely traumatizing. I do not recommend him.
