Recently moved and they will not even cover an urgent care for my 10 month old daughter while I’m waiting for the county switch. The closest urgent care I can take her to is 60 miles away

I really like IEHP, but I'm only giving 3 stars because there Transportation dept has a lady by the name of Karen (go figure) asked me what I was going to see my doctor for and I have never been asked that before. Karen told me it wasn't important enough. I did call for a next day, which I've done ...
