Dr. Rolf R. Drinhaus operates a medical practice on Hancock Avenue in Murrieta, serving the broader Temecula Valley and surrounding communities. The practice handles general internal medicine and primary care — the kind of appointment-based office where established patients manage chronic conditions, receive preventive screenings, and get referrals to specialists when needed. This is not an urgent-care walk-in; it's a traditional primary-care model built around continuity with a single provider. The patient base skews toward adults managing ongoing health needs rather than acute episodic care, and toward those with insurance coverage and established provider relationships. For residents new to the area or changing providers, Drinhaus takes new patients through standard medical-office channels — insurance verification, chart transfer, first-appointment paperwork. For anyone in the valley without a primary-care anchor or needing a doctor who knows their history and medication list, an established internal-medicine practice like this fills that role more efficiently than urgent care or emergency department visits would.
Livingwater's Medical Clinic operates as a primary care practice in Murrieta, serving the general medical needs of adult and family patients across the city and surrounding valley communities. As an independent clinic rather than part of a larger hospital system or regional network, the practice handles routine checkups, acute care visits, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine in a smaller-group setting where continuity with the same provider is the operational model rather than the exception. The practice suits residents who prefer a stable doctor-patient relationship over the rotation common at larger urgent-care chains or hospital-affiliated clinics. Insurance acceptance varies by plan; calling ahead to confirm coverage before the first visit is standard practice with independent medical offices. For specialists (cardiology, orthopedics, dermatology) or hospital-level care, patients would be referred out; Livingwater's sits in the first-contact lane for the everyday medical questions and preventive care that keep most people out of the ER.

Kaiser Permanente's Murrieta Medical Offices operate as a multi-specialty primary and urgent-care facility in the Murrieta Highlands, serving the northern stretch of Murrieta and surrounding areas. The practice functions as an integrated regional system rather than a standalone clinic — patients with Kaiser coverage access family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and walk-in urgent care from a single address, with referrals routed through Kaiser's broader network for specialty care and hospitalizations. The patient base skews heavily toward Kaiser-insured residents and their dependents; out-of-network patients without Kaiser coverage will not find acceptance here. For families already enrolled in a Kaiser plan, this location handles routine preventive visits, sick appointments, and minor urgent needs without requiring a trip to a larger medical center. Scheduling typically runs through Kaiser's centralized system rather than direct office booking, and wait times reflect the volume that comes with a major regional insurer's patient population.
The help in Kaiser, Murrieta is getting bed. I am working with the stuff to improve the process that are helping the patients. Also they have some commen sense hygienically issues, like paper towels hanging inside the trash bin, or dispensers are so close by the sinks in the toilets that water splas...
Kaiser Murrieta’s services from checking in to drawing lab were excellent and expeditious yet friendly and professional. Thanks Kaiser and kudos to Winnie receptionist and Gina phlebotomist for their excellent and professional services. They are to commended, great asset to the organization.
I'm pretty mad about the service at this Kaiser location. On Saturday 1/3/26 we went to get my wife her flu shot. The Kaiser website says they are open for flu shots 7 to 7, Monday through Sunday. We went there at 8:15 am, and there was nobody manning the flu shot desk. The check-in lady told us ...
