Dr. Chao took his time and never made me feel rushed during my visit. He listened to my concerns and explained my options and the procedures really well. I would feel very confident having Dr Chao as my surgeon.

Neither Doc, anesthesiologist came out after meniscus procedure to let my husband or I know how everything went or what was done.
