The bald guy with glasses was rude in the front desk . This is the best urgent care that I've been to in Southern California. The facility is clean. You get seen and treated quickly, by a real Doctor...not a nurse practitioner. I was utterly surprised at my seamless experience here! Thanks A lot!
My Wife went there for Urgent Care and was told they had to check to see if she was covered with her insurance. She waited over an hour and when she finally asked again they finally told her she wasn't covered. Very Rude and unapologetic.
