1stFruitsFarm operates a farm stand and farmers market on Altanos Road in Temecula Wine Country, selling produce and prepared goods directly from the property. The setup combines fresh-picked fruit and vegetables with seasonal offerings and value-added items — jams, sauces, baked goods — sourced from the farm or local partners. Most traffic flows during peak harvest season when supply is fullest and variety peaks. The customer base includes Wine Country visitors looking for a produce stop between tasting room runs, local residents stocking up on seasonal fruit, and people hunting for deals on bulk buys. Weekend mornings draw the steadiest crowds, particularly during stone fruit and berry seasons when the selection justifies the drive off the main corridor. This works better as a seasonal destination than a year-round grocery substitute, with foot traffic and inventory tied directly to what's ripe.

The Temecula Promenade Farmer's Market operates at the Promenade shopping center, anchoring the regional retail core with a mix of produce vendors, prepared-food stands, and craft booths. The market format balances fresh-picked vegetables and fruit against grab-and-eat options — coffee, prepared breakfast, lunch plates, baked goods — making it as much a weekend social stop as a produce-sourcing destination. Location at the Promenade means parking is abundant and the surrounding retail context (grocery, coffee shops, other services) fits naturally into a single trip. The regular crowd skews toward families, couples doing their weekend shopping, and residents already at the Promenade for other errands. Early arrivals catch the best produce selection; later morning brings a social-gathering feel as the prepared-food lines fill and people settle with coffee and pastries. For serious bulk vegetable shopping or farm-direct sourcing, smaller neighborhood markets elsewhere in town may offer more intimate vendor access. For a Saturday morning loop that combines fresh produce, breakfast, and browsing without a long drive or dedicated farm-stand trip, the Promenade location serves that practical weekend-errand slot.

The Temecula Farmer's Market operates on Old Town Front Street, anchored in the historic district's walkable core where Saturday morning errands naturally include a stroll through the market setup. The mix leans produce-forward — local growers, seasonal vegetables, citrus, stone fruit — alongside prepared-food vendors and craft booths that shift with the season and vendor availability. It's the kind of market that draws a regular weekend crowd of neighborhood residents, families with kids, and visitors already in Old Town for coffee or breakfast nearby. The Saturday-morning timing slots into the existing Old Town routine rather than requiring a special trip; many shoppers treat it as part of a larger morning out rather than a dedicated market run. For serious produce buyers stocking the week, the grower variety works. For a quick grab-and-go lunch or a crafted item, prepared-food and artisan vendors fill that role. The foot traffic and social energy reflects Old Town itself — relaxed, unhurried, neighborhood-focused rather than a high-volume regional destination.
I have been to many different Farmers Market in some states and this one I like the most, different choices of food.. Old town nearby and playground for children.

From out of down and our hotel was close enough to this farmers market. Lots of fresh produce as would expect at a farmers market. The craft vendor booths locally made this special.
