Came for a drop in to the 5am WOD while in town for work. Coach Mike was great, everybody was very friendly, and the programmed workout was tough but definitely worked all the muscle groups. I will stop by again if in town.
Great people and challenging WODs. Couldn't ask for a better environment. Plus having the kids Crossfit is a great benefit to our family. Getting them started out young 😁
