So I took my daughter with very thick hair here , and the girl was very nice, but obviously doesn’t know how to cut thicker hair. The haircut was really unflattering and we just wanted a blunt bob. Somehow there’s layers in it and now we are stuck with this ugly cut .

My stylist was very personable but unfortunately I did not get what I wanted. She was trying to accommodate me when asked to redo my hair but the time slots did not fit my schedule.
