Artificial Grass Liquidators operates on Rio Nedo Road in Temecula as a specialized installer focused on synthetic turf rather than a multi-trade general handyman shop. The work is narrower than the typical punch-list contractor — not fence repair or fixture installs, but rather the full scope of artificial grass projects: site prep, base installation, seaming, and finishing. This is a dedicated trade, not a side service bundled into broader home repair. The fit works for homeowners addressing specific landscape pain points — water bills in the dry season, maintenance burden of real turf, or pet-friendly yard surface — rather than those building a contractor relationship for ongoing small jobs. For a single-trade, medium-scope project like a full yard conversion, a specialized installer handles it more efficiently than a generalist who picks up grass work occasionally. For residents looking for one contractor to handle varied honey-do tasks across multiple trades, this isn't the model; for a focused landscaping upgrade, it's the direct call.

Renovation Pros operates as a general handyman service in Uptown Temecula, handling the category of work that licensed specialty contractors often decline or quote high on — door adjustments, fixture swaps, drywall patch-and-paint, light carpentry, basic electrical outlet and switch work, faucet installs, and the accumulated punch-list items that accumulate in any home. The scope leans toward small jobs and repairs rather than full-scale remodels, though the crew takes on larger projects when the work stacks naturally from smaller calls. These are the calls homeowners make for work that doesn't warrant a plumber's minimum service charge or an electrician's dispatch fee — a ceiling fan install, a towel rack, cabinet hardware, a gate latch, caulking and trim. For homeowners managing multiple small repairs at once, bundling them into a single visit saves time and multiple truck rolls. For a full kitchen renovation or structural addition, the specialty trades and design-build firms are the right fit. For the practical, non-emergency maintenance that fills most home-service calendars, Renovation Pros fits the niche where single-task contractors won't.

Sunny Rays Construction operates as a construction-supply and materials shop in Uptown Temecula, stocking the inventory local builders, contractors, and serious DIYers reach for on project days — lumber, fasteners, tools, and job-site supplies rather than decorator home goods or impulse purchases. The customer base skews toward people who know what they need before walking in, not browsers hunting for inspiration. This is the regular-stop shop for contractors maintaining accounts, homeowners mid-renovation picking up a few more studs or fasteners, and property managers sourcing materials for routine maintenance. For gift shopping or casual weekend browsing, the boutique and home-decor clusters in Old Town Temecula serve that purpose. For a job-focused errand where time matters and inventory depth beats ambiance, Sunny Rays fills the practical slot most Temecula builders and renovation crews already know.
Sunny ray is a perfect name! These guys were friendly, quick, helpful and kind.
I called Sunny Rays Construction for a quote on a water heater install. Ray's price was one of the best out there. Ray came out and did the install, was professional and got the job done in short order. Overall I am very happy with the work Ray did. He got me out of a hot water bind when my old wat...
Very, very bad. No concern as to cleanliness, unqualified people doing the work and unfinished work. They got people to work with luxury tile that had no tools or even a vehicle. Under no circumstances should you hire this company.
