Worst insurance company ever. Kemper was the at fault drivers insurance, and they were horrible to work with. The adjuster was so bad at his job, he ended up getting fired. It tools months for them to approve repairs, and when it was all said and done they shorted me on my rental reimbursement

Worst insurance! Adjuster won’t help contact the other party that hit me to get a claim started through their insurance. I called him and no call backs.
