Sergio was amazing. Came in and knew exactly what to do. Explained it to me in a way I can understand. He helped flip my telephone wiring to Ethernet capable ports. Once complete I was seeing upwards of 800 mbps average on my home network through Ethernet. He was always asking what else he could do....
