Khashan Law operates as a small-firm practice on Margarita Road in central Murrieta, handling personal injury, employment, and family law matters for individual clients rather than corporate retainers. The engagement model shifts by case type: contingency arrangements for injury claims, hourly billing for family and employment disputes, flat fees where the scope is defined upfront. This mix reflects a local practitioner's typical flow rather than a specialized boutique anchored to one practice area. The client base skews toward residents managing workplace disputes, divorce proceedings, and injury claims from accidents — the steady-volume matters that keep a solo or small-firm docket full without requiring the overhead of a multi-attorney office. For straightforward document review or routine estate work, clients sometimes shop flat-fee online services; for contested custody, employment retaliation, or significant personal injury, hourly representation from a local attorney who can appear in regional courts makes a practical difference. Margarita Road's commercial corridor means clients can schedule around other errands without an out-of-the-way commute.

Kash Legal Group operates as a personal injury and accident firm in Murrieta, focused on motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall claims, and premises liability rather than criminal defense or family law. The engagement model runs on contingency — clients pay nothing upfront, and the firm takes a percentage of settlement or judgment proceeds. This structure suits residents dealing with insurance claims after an accident, where upfront legal costs would be a barrier to filing suit. The firm handles the volume work of regional injury cases: auto accidents on the I-15 and Highway 79 corridors where Murrieta sits, workplace injuries, and property-damage claims. For accident victims weighing whether to settle directly with insurance or hire counsel, contingency firms like Kash are the standard play in personal injury; hourly-fee generalists or in-house insurance adjusters would point the opposite direction. The client base skews toward people who need representation after a specific incident rather than ongoing counsel, which shapes caseload and staffing differently than a retained business or family-law practice would.

Law Offices of Alejo Lugo & Associates operates as a multi-attorney firm on Technology Drive in the Winchester Properties commercial corridor, handling a broad spectrum of practice areas rather than specializing in a single vertical. The firm covers criminal defense, family law, personal injury, immigration, and business matters — the range that serves a general residential and small-business clientele across Murrieta and surrounding communities. Residents seeking representation typically come through one of three engagement models: hourly billing for complex negotiation or litigation, flat fees for routine transactional work like divorces or business formation, and contingency arrangements for personal injury claims. A firm this size usually splits between walk-in consultations for straightforward matters and retainer relationships with business clients needing ongoing counsel. For specialized appellate work, high-stakes patent disputes, or highly technical immigration cases, the large regional firms in San Diego are the referral point; for local representation on family court dates, debt defense, or a PI case from a car accident on I-15, a multi-practice firm in Murrieta serves the practical demand most valley residents face.
Just wanted to stop by and thank Lugo and staff for everything ! He was able to get my father his green card not long ago . The negative reviews are from people who didn’t offer much assistance to their family members and want to blame the firm for there failures . We felt so protected and just like...
If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of time and money and in the end just wanted more money to “ fix” it. Why would we pay more money if you couldn’t even do your job right the first time . Truly, truly disappointed with how they handled our case and how they treated my family member at times...
I was recommended to Attorney Lugo and was spoken very highly of him and let me tell you I was not disappointed. Mr.Lugo went above and beyond with my case and did everything in his power to help me. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.
