Simply awful. They only offer video chats. The man in charge of scheduling has a horrible temper and no patience, thick accent that is difficult to understand. So I just scheduled an appt just now. The representative who took my call booked me very soon which I liked and very kind and polite...I will update my review once I have my 1st session or wait on a few. All I know is I am ready to better my mental health...
