I've used hypnosis in years past and it worked with one session, they went into great detail taking me back to first time i started etc. Nice lady but I don't reccomend her to quit smoking, it was more like getting my husband and myself roped in to many sessions. Shortly after I left an e-mail to Peg's web site Peg called me and we had a nice chat and talked over a few aspects of hypnotherapy and my expectations. I will be going in to see her soon for a session. and will update or add a review based upon our session.
