Very rude management. I was supposed to have a 10 day grace period and they locked me out on day 4. Expecting payment on day 4 of grace period. Kasandra,is an asset to CubeSmart!! She was professional and beyond helpful with our storage needs! She was patient answered all my questions and was able to quickly accommodate our needs with another storage unit, and it was super close to original unit!
This is my 5th CubeSmart rental. They do not disappoint ! I moved from CA to CS. Service is the best in every location I’ve been to. Units are clean and well maintained. The online reservation system is very convenient and easy to use. I recommend CubeSmart.
