Riverside Property Manager operates from Vía Las Lomas in Murrieta, handling residential rental properties across the valley. The scope spans tenant screening, lease management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and owner accounting — the operational backbone of landlord work — across a mix of single-family homes and small multi-unit buildings rather than large commercial portfolios or HOA associations. The typical client is either a single-property owner managing from out of state or a small portfolio landlord with a handful of doors who'd rather delegate day-to-day tenant interaction and vendor coordination. For investors weighing whether to self-manage their first rental or hand it off, Riverside absorbs the recurring administrative load — answering tenant calls, scheduling repairs, tracking payments, preparing year-end statements. Portfolio owners already using a manager elsewhere might stay with that relationship; smaller independent landlords in the Murrieta area who need someone local to handle the property side without hiring a business manager tend toward this model. Vacation rental management requires different systems and licensing — not the typical focus here.

Ryconn Property Management operates from the Technology Drive commercial corridor in Murrieta, serving residential rental owners across the Inland Empire. The firm handles traditional landlord services—tenant screening, lease administration, rent collection, maintenance coordination, accounting—rather than specializing in vacation rentals or commercial real estate. Their client base skews toward portfolio owners managing multiple single-family homes and small multi-unit properties rather than one-off absentee landlords. The scope includes the administrative and operational backbone that most rental property owners either lack time for or want handled by someone else: screening calls, lease paperwork, vendor relationships, rent ledgers. Owners who inherited a rental property or picked up an investment home and want hands-off management fit the typical profile, as do small-portfolio investors managing units across different neighborhoods without the bandwidth for daily tenant contact. Owners running a large vacation rental business or seeking accounting-only guidance will find better matches elsewhere; Ryconn positions itself as the ongoing operational partner for owners who want the rental business handled but not the ownership itself entirely delegated.

Murrieta Springs Professional Park Owner's Association operates as a property owners' collective for the commercial office park on Murrieta Hot Springs Road. The organization handles shared-facility management, maintenance coordination, and common-area governance for the tenants and businesses within the park — work typical of homeowners associations extended to commercial real estate rather than residential neighborhoods. Engagement with the association follows the standard model for property-owner groups: businesses housed in the park participate in governance and cost-sharing decisions, attend periodic meetings addressing maintenance priorities and shared expenses, and coordinate on issues affecting the common areas. For commercial tenants new to the space, the association serves as the point of contact for facility questions and operational procedures. The organization's role is administrative and operational rather than serving a broader community mission or public program.
Went to Springs Dental. Love the Dentist there, Dr. Pulsipher. Best dentist ever. He is very kind, gentle and listens to any issues you're experiencing during visit.
This place has different medical office buildings and my Cardiologist is in one of them. The place has a lot of parking spots. The offices look nice, clean and staff are really nice and very helpful.
Parking lot is always packed even during COVID. Very busy medical office park. Handicapped parking is usually available but not always. Best time to go is first thing in the morning or during lunch around 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM as some offices are closed so parking is easier to find.
