Winchester Liquor & Market occupies a slot on Winchester Road where the commercial strip supports smaller independents rather than chain-dominated inventory. The store combines liquor selection with grocery goods — a neighborhood market format that draws shoppers sourcing items beyond what the big-box grocers stock, whether that's regional spirits, imported packaged goods, or specialty ingredients tied to cultural cooking. Winchester Road has always been the spine of north-Temecula-area errands; this sits in that established retail corridor. The typical trip involves a resident hunting for a hard-to-find bottle, building out a pantry with products aligned to home cooking traditions, or grabbing staples when the main grocery run isn't worth the drive. It's a fill-in stop rather than a destination shop — useful for Winchester and surrounding neighborhoods where a quick local source beats a detour to a larger specialty importer. The format works for residents who know what they want and need it now, rather than shoppers browsing for discovery or planning a major weekend haul.
VerifiedIsland Pacific Seafood Market anchors the Redhawk Pavilion on Margarita Road, operating as a seafood-focused specialty grocer where the differentiator is fresh catch and Asian grocery staples that the conventional supermarket doesn't stock or rotates too slowly. The business caters to cooks sourcing hard-to-find fish varieties, specialty produce, and prepared items tied to Asian cuisines — the kind of shopping trip where a standard grocery's limited seafood case doesn't answer the need. The typical customer arrives with a specific recipe in mind or shops the weekly rotation of fresh arrivals, rather than browsing a generic selection. Households cooking Filipino, Vietnamese, Chinese, or Japanese meals several times a week find weekly sourcing here more practical than hunting across multiple stores. For a casual weeknight dinner protein from a standard grocer, the supermarket works fine. For the cook building around what's fresh that day or needing an ingredient that requires a specialized market, Island Pacific fills that direct role.

Get ListedA/O Cannabis operates as a medical cannabis clinic in Winchester, serving patients seeking physician evaluation and documentation for cannabis use.
A/O Cannabis operates as a medical cannabis clinic in Winchester, serving patients seeking physician evaluation and documentation for cannabis use. Located on Winchester Road, the practice handles the clinical intake and recommendation process that California law requires—patient assessment, medical history review, and the physician's written recommendation that enables legal access through licensed dispensaries. This is a specialized medical function rather than a retail cannabis operation. The patient population includes those with chronic pain, nausea, sleep disorders, and other conditions where cannabis is a potential therapeutic option alongside or instead of conventional pharmaceutical management. Patients arriving for initial consultations or renewal recommendations should expect the standard medical-visit format: paperwork, vital check-in, and a clinician conversation about symptoms and treatment goals. For patients already established with a primary-care physician managing their broader health, A/O Cannabis fills the specific role of cannabis evaluation and ongoing documentation. For those without existing primary care or seeking comprehensive medical management of multiple conditions, a family medicine or internal medicine practice would be the more appropriate first stop.

The last two times I’ve gone here they have told me there was gonna be a normal up charge of 3.50$ for debit, which is no problem. Unfortunately they will also tac on more fees on top of the up-charge without letting you know.

What Locals Know
Winchester sits in Riverside County's less-dense corridor, where medical cannabis providers are sparse compared to Temecula proper. Most patients in this area travel to larger neighboring communities or rely on telemedicine — a local provider here serves as a significant convenience for residents avoiding the drive.
