Price gouging and overuse of "fear free" practices. Dr. Downs is friendly, but I question her critical thinking and ability to solve a complex health concern as compared to 6 other practices and 8 other Vets I've had the pleasure of interacting with. I wouldn't trust ANY one else with our dogs. I have a hyper sensitive, anxiety driven rescue who remains calm with Dr. Downs (which is unheard of for my baby).
