About this position

Qualifications required: Current COR Level II or Level III certification. Experience supporting federal acquisition, contract administration, program management, or procurement activities. Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, agency acquisition policies, and contract oversight practices. Ability to analyze technical, financial, and performance information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skill in coordinating across programs, acquisition, budget, legal, and contractor teams. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines. In addition to the above listed COR Level II requirements, the COR Level III is to be experienced in acquisitions with medium to high complexity and medium to high dollar value ranging from routine and low risk to frequent and high risk with the ability to understand overall acquisition management; to include providing guidance to program offices on developing COR packages.   • FPS Training Management and Professional Development is interested in two (2) Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR) to supports acquisition and contract management activities by serving as the technical liaison between program offices, contracting personnel, vendors, and mission stakeholders. The COR monitors contractor performance, reviews deliverables, verifies technical compliance with contract requirements, and supports timely communication between the Contracting Officer and the eight program offices.
